What is Mind, Body, and Spirit?
The Mind, Body, and Spirit term is used in New Age and Related to Christian Biblical Terms of Spirituality. This includes connections to God, Angel healing, Spirit Guide channeling, divine healing and intervention, Holistic health, fitness remedies, exercise science, and mental pattern evaluations.

This term dates back to 1906. In todays world this term refers to anyone that evaluates and analyzes the Mind, emotional health, and Psychic Research of Today's clients. This term offers no restrictions to the Medical Field. It correlates to Alternative Therapy and Holistic Medicine as Well.

LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION CHURCH ORGANIZATION
ARTICLE I
1. This church, a legal body, filed organization entity, filed church and church controlled organization, and a non-profit corporation, shall be known as LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION.
2. The Church Corporation, Universal Church Charter of Divinity Doctrine, is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, holistic healing, training, ordaining, and educational, science purposes, under the church. This so qualifies LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH as an exempt organization.
3. LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION resides in Detroit, Michigan, in the United States of America, under the President and Head Pastor. All relocations and operations of the Church will be updated and sent to required designations by the President Team.
4. LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION offers Literature and writings of our own, Organization of voluntary members and ministers, and a Formal code of doctrine and discipline. This Doctrine and Discipline includes operating and doing what is right and honest under God, heaven, and universal church standards.
5. LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION offers a voluntary training, healing practitioner program consisting of Alternative Counselor, Ministry courses lasting a maximum of 12 months, of lessons, credits, assignments, work, and evaluations. Those who complete the required number of course credits receive a special Ministry degree, every year. LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION Seminary will offer its own books, designed lessons and classes for excellent ministry education. This is done and taught with extreme experience, education, research, training, and studies of Religious, Holistic Health, and Ministry Education by The President, Head Pastor, and President Team.
6. LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH Organization’s President, Head Pastor has eleven plus years of education, training, and research under: General Studies, Liberal Arts, Biblical Ph.D., Metaphysical Ph.D., Divinity Ph.D., Church Charter Lessons, Yoga Instruction under Health and Sciences, Alternative Therapy, and Holistic Health training and research.
ARTICLE II
The primary mission of this church shall be to ordain, educate, teach, and lead, LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH Organization’s Ministers, to study and utilize a Holistic Healing, Therapy Program. This involves bringing one's self into health, balance, strength, and healing by interacting and integrating mind, body, and soul, aspects of therapies; as practiced by ministers, metaphysicians, spiritual or traditional healers, internationally in Unity.
1. Our ministry purpose also includes to help any and all who ask to find their spiritual truth, minister independence, and healing; regardless of race, gender, background or other church affiliations or religion worship. All of these spiritual paths, family life, background, and more are welcomed and explored here at LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION.
2. LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION believes in God, and respect the power of Prayer, Healing, Spirituality, and Angels. LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION respects and values those who do not believe in God and those who get their answers through means other than prayer methods and Christian therapy. We believe that all members and ministers should be given the opportunity to become useful citizens, do meaningful work, to find spiritual and life purpose, health and abundance. We believe in allowing individual responsibility for spiritual growth. LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION respects the Constitution of the United States of America. LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION also respect the governments of the other peaceful nations in which some of our LDM members may reside.
ARTICLE III
1. The LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH recognizes that there are many different functions within the ministry (servants) of the Universal church, including, but not limited to, Prophets, Discernment Pastors, Intuitive Counselors, Spiritual Advisor, Spiritual/Alternative Therapists/Healers, and Holistic Practitioners.
ARTICLE IV
The church will establish and maintain membership organizations to counsel, help, teach, and heal all its Members, Prophets, Discernment Pastors, Metaphysical Practitioner, Intuitive Counselors, Prayer Counselor, Spiritual Advisor, Spiritual/Alternative Therapists/Healers, and Holistic Practitioners of the church as important and required to accomplish our mind, body, and soul mission.
ARTICLE III
1. Officers of LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION may be as a PRESIDENT TEAM. This Team includes a President and also via Treasurer and Vice-President. The President shall always be the Head of The Team and LDM Organization and shall preside and lead at all meetings, Counseling, other Members, Prophets, Discernment Pastors, Metaphysical Practitioner, Intuitive Counselors, Prayer Counselor, Spiritual Advisor, Spiritual/Alternative Therapists/Healers, and Holistic Practitioners, sign all certificates, contracts, deeds and other instruments of LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION.
2. The Vice President Officer Duties include that during the absence, minor leave, illness, documented maternal leave, disability, and dementia, hospice, and death of the President, the Vice-President shall exercise all the powers as would the President until Full recovery or return. This form of absence will prompt assignments and training for that period of time, such as minor leaves, documented maternal absence, illness, EST. Permanent Duties as Officer and President Team member will result if the absence situation involves hospice or death.
3. The Vice President acts as an Assistant and supporter of the President of the Church Organization. The Vice President is always in constant communication, updates, issued documents, in conjunction with the President and trained and skilled during Business Operation under the President to fill in as a: Prophets, Discernment Pastor, Intuitive Counselor, Prayer Counselor, Metaphysical Practitioner, Spiritual Advisor, Spiritual/Alternative Therapists/Healer, and Holistic Practitioner.
4. In the absence of the Vice President including; minor leave, illness, disability, dementia, hospice, and death. The President and Pastor will take charge of all duties until Full recovery or return. Permanent Duties as Officer and President Team member will result if the absence situation involves hospice or death. Therefore, this will cause the President to assign a New Vice President qualified to take job. The New Officer will be interviewed and Evaluated at that time.
5. No member or minister under the President Team of LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION has the right to override, overrule, or take charge of the President also via Treasurer and Vice-President. This behavior is not allowed and shows distrust from the member or minister under LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION. This is an honest church operation under God and the Universe.
6. The Treasurer, also Head of the President Team, shall keep the minutes, notes, and documents of all meetings, shall have charge of church corporate books, paperwork, and reports. The Treasurer, also Head of the President Team, shall have custody of all monies and securities of LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION and shall keep regular books of LDM accounts. The Treasurer, also Head of the President Team shall disburse the funds of LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION in payment of the just demands for the operation costs, financial functioning, and maintenance of the CHURCH ORGANIZATION.
ARTICLE IV
LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION declares that it is an "open arms" church organization. Any person, regardless of nationality, race, color, creed, practices, religious or political persuasion, is welcome to fellowship, prayer, and receive church counseling with the LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION at any of its services. The LDM has no prohibitions or limitations regarding who may attend its services, recognizing the need of those of all, deceived of dark evil works of Satan, devil, left door activities.
ARTICLE V
1. LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION mission not only includes the love to: ordain, educate, teach, but pass on Alternative Therapy which includes not only health but spirituality, mind, body, and soul. This is apart of LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION by several Alternative therapy/healing Methods.
2. These methods include: Japanese Reiki Healing, Body Work, Christian Laying of Hands, Faith Healing/Prayer Therapy, Metaphysical Therapy, Yoga Health & Sciences, Aura Therapy, Chakra Therapy, Psychic, Discernment, prophecy, Analysis, Therapy, Angel Rehabilitation, Healing, Therapy, Affirmation Therapy, Mind Power, Core Belief Engineering, Law of Attraction Therapy, Meditation and Visualization Therapy, and Herbal Medicine and Holistic Medicine under the church of LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION.
ARTICLE VI
All members are in VOLUNTARY association with the LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION and its ministry. Each minister and member, local church and/or hosted fellowship group is always in VOLUNTARY association with LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION and its ministry. No one is forced, we all have free will.
ARTICLE VII
The LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION Membership includes members that Represents High Standards under the Alterative Therapy, Holistic Medicine, Counseling and Healing Community. LDM Members Supports the faith, Strength, Determination, and Hard work, of All Alternative Therapist, Healers, Practitioners, Counselors, Clergy, and Teachers, all over the Globe. We are One under God, Universal Faith, and Love. Becoming an Ordained, Trained Minister of the LDM School will always be optional and always offered.
ARTICLE VIII
The LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION Ordained Ministers are trained and skilled under the Head Pastor and Leader of the Church Organization. All Ministers are trained to have good standards, Ethics, Morals, strength, and Values in their ministry duties, as a church. LDM uses skilled Intuition, Discernment, Heavenly Counsel, technology and the Internet to educate, allowing them to pursue their degrees and be well rounded in clergy standards, education, and Alternative therapy/healing Methods training.
ARTICLE IX
1. The church urges each LDM lay member, pastor, counselor, therapist, healer, and practitioner, to obey God's word and authority of all heaven and earth.
2. The powers of the PRESIDENT TEAM do not extend to the private, personal, social, lives or worship of its membership. All Members and ordained Ministers have Free Will as children of God. However; LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION retains the power to remove anyone from the Church and membership. This includes anything and anyone which will cause division, conflicts, deception, or distrust among the members of the Church.
ARTICLE X
1) Upon any Dissolution, or termination of LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION for any reason, which is beyond all comprehension of the present moment, LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION states that all remaining or left over assets will be for charitable, religious, educational, science purposes, by all means, understanding, and loyalty as a Church.
2) Dissolution or termination of LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION will not be done without permission of the President and Head Pastor of The Church Organization/Legal Entity. Upon the Hospice Situation, death, elderly disability, dementia of the President and Head Pastor, the Vice President will be, therefore; in charge and residing in Permanent Duties as President and Head. Therefore, this will cause the President to assign a New Vice President officer, who is qualified to take their place, while serving as Head Officer and President. This can include trained LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION Members, Ministers, or Pastor Children.
3) Also Vice President will be, therefore; in charge to begin Dissolution or termination of LOVE & DIVINITY IN MOTION (LDM) CHURCH ORGANIZATION if so desired, at that time. This includes the donation of left over assets, which will be for charitable, religious, educational, science purposes as assigned by the President, Head Pastor, before hospice or death.
4) In the meantime, The President/Head Pastor, is in sound mind, body, and soul in the Church.
